Downtown Art is seeking young creative people, ages 12 - 19 to join our company.  No experience is needed; no prepared audition material is required.  Come prepared to work with others for the full hour on script material that will then be shared. Additional information will be distributed at the auditions.

Downtown Art is a volunteer internship program.  Participants can earn community service credits.  There is no fee to participate if you are accepted.

Auditions for the 2008/09 season productions of STAR ARGUMENTS and TWELFTH NIGHT are :

Thursday, September 18  5-6pm
or Friday, September 19  5-6pm

Although these auditions serve for both projects, accepted company members will only be cast into a single production but not both. Company members are expected to participate in all rehearsal and performance dates for their project; a schedule of these dates are posted in our calendar page.

between 2nd Avenue and Bowery
