For the past twenty years, Downtown Art has been led by Ryan Gilliam, a director, playwright, and experienced producer.
Ryan has made an extensive commitment to working with teens. In collaboration with young people, she has created over 115 perfomance projects over the past two decades.
In keeping with her commitment to community engagement, diversity, and social justice - in its new home, Downtown Art will expand its support to like minded projects and community initiatives.
